Terms of Service – Stone Rose Solutions LLC

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to contract the services of Stone Rose Solutions LLC.

2. ACCESS CONDITIONS
To allow proper service execution, the client must ensure safe access to the property, provide electricity and water during the service, and remove any fragile or valuable objects from the work areas.

3. SERVICES OFFERED
We provide the following services: installation and repair of pavers, pressure washing, sealant application, landscaping projects (excluding maintenance), fence installation, pool pavers, screen enclosure installation, post-construction clean-up, demolition, and gazebo installation. Services are provided exclusively to residential and commercial clients in the Jacksonville, FL area.

4. SCHEDULING AND SERVICE ENGAGEMENT
Services may be scheduled by phone. Our website also offers a chatbot with automated scheduling. All appointments are subject to availability.

5. CANCELLATION
Clients may cancel scheduled services free of charge, either by phone or in person. Stone Rose Solutions LLC also reserves the right to unilaterally terminate services without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA
We collect personal data for scheduling and marketing purposes. Client data will be deleted within 7 days of termination. We do not share personal information with third parties for promotional purposes.

7. SERVICE REVIEW POLICY
We offer a free service review if the client identifies any faults or nonconformities in the work performed.

8. WARRANTY
All services are covered by a one-year warranty against workmanship defects. The warranty does not cover damages caused by third parties, extreme weather, or poor maintenance.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties except those specifically stated in these Terms.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stone Rose Solutions LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. We are not responsible for loss of profits, moral damages, or indirect losses.

11. THIRD PARTIES
We are not responsible for any products or services provided by third parties that may be recommended to clients.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
Clients who violate these Terms and cause harm to the company may be held legally liable. The company may assume legal defense in any such situation.

13. JURISDICTION
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.

14. ARBITRATION
Clients agree to resolve disputes through mandatory individual arbitration, in accordance with Florida law.

15. TIME LIMIT FOR LEGAL ACTION
Any legal action must be initiated within one (1) year of the triggering event. After this period, the right to file a claim is permanently waived.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1. Contract Transfer
Clients may not transfer this agreement to third parties. Stone Rose Solutions LLC may freely assign or transfer it.

16.2. Entire Agreement
This agreement replaces any previous understandings between the parties. It shall not be described as the sole and complete agreement, allowing for the existence of other documented agreements.

16.3. Export Control
The use of services is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.

16.4. SMS and Automated Communication
Use of the website and receipt of automated messages is at the user’s own risk. SMS may be used for reminders and marketing, with prior consent. Opt-out keywords such as “STOP” will be respected.

16.5. Consent Forms
All forms must include clear consent language for message delivery.

16.6. Class Action Waiver
Clients waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16.7. Customer Support
Customer service may be provided by phone, email, or in person.
